
Yang presents a new technology – skin packaging.
Skin packaging is the technology of tray sealing where the product is tied tightly with the film as if with the 2-nd skin. It repeats all the contours of the product, and the tension of the film allows you to create an attractive appearance package. Deformation or loss of moisture in the product are excluded with this type of package because the system called "Soft vacuum" is used.
This technology is wide spread in Europe and in Russian skin technology is only beginning to “win” its place on the supermarket shelves. Basically skin package is used for such products meat, fish, chicken, ready meals, seafood, sausage, sliced, sausage, cheese and much more.
