Equipment for packaging of products in stretch (non-stretch) film on the tray
There are automatic and semi-automatic types of wrappers. In case of semi-automatic machine the label is pasted manually.
Advantage of such machines is their cost, compact size and high productivity (up to 40 packs per minute)

Designed for packaging of perishable products in inert gases (MAP – Modified Atmosphere Packaging). The tray is sealed by the film from the top. This increases shelf life of meat, dairy products, convenience foods, salads, etc. The package can be of any shape: round, square, etc.
Tray sealers can be of different capacities: from multiple packages per minute - up to 4000 packages per hour. Suited for the production of any format.

Packaging is formed from two rolls of film: the bottom film forms the tray, and the top film is designed for sealing of the tray. The advantage of this packaging equipment is saving on the cost of the trays. Also there is no need to leave space in the warehouse for storage of the trays. Rolls with film are more compact.
This type of packaging is also designed for perishable products.

This is packing in 3-side sealed packs. Recently, this type of packaging is becoming increasingly popular on all food and nonfood industries. But the main use of such packaging is in the confectionery industry and for packaging of grocery products. It is also possible to inject inert gas mixtures (MAP) to extend the shelf life of products.
